How do you make your broths shelf-stable?Updated a year ago

Our broth is 100% natural, free of preservatives and additives, and with a shelf-life of up to 24 months. We achieve this shelf-life by using a specific heating and packing process. Once the simmering process is complete, the broth is heated to a higher temperature for a short period of time (30 to 60 seconds), before it’s cooled back down and poured straight into the cartons in an airtight, aseptic environment.
