Instant and Liquid Bone Broth: What's the difference?Updated 21 days ago

Both our Instant and Liquid Bone Broths are made from real bones and packed with natural goodness - but they serve slightly different purposes:

  • Liquid Bone Broth is ideal for sipping, with a clean, stripped-back recipe and minimal seasoning. It's great on its own or as a base for soups and stews if you're after a neutral flavour.
  • Instant Bone Broth is a convenient, shelf-stable option that works well as a cleaner, healthier alternative to stock cubes. It’s perfect for cooking and for taking on the go. Our Instant range includes added flavours, making it a tasty standalone drink too.

There are also slight differences in nutrition: protein and collagen levels vary a little between the two, depending on the recipe.

In short, both can be enjoyed on their own or used in cooking - the choice depends on your taste, lifestyle, and how you like to use your broth.
