How do I handle damaged items upon delivery?Updated 8 days ago

If any items are damaged, please contact us at hello@frejafoods.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • A brief description of the damage
  • The product and quantity affected
  • Photos clearly showing all damaged items

Once we have this information, we’ll arrange for replacements to be sent out to you as soon as possible!
