Bovine TB is usually transmitted by direct contact with a living animal, or drinking TB-infected, unpasteurised milk. Our bone broth is dairy-free and is pasteurised to eliminate any bacteria.

Is bone broth ok for someone with diabetes?

While we can't give specific dietary or medical advice, our bone broth is low in carbohydrates so it shouldn't significantly impact blood sugar. It's also high in protein which can be beneficial for blood sugar regulation.

What type of bones do you use in your beef bone broth?

We mainly use collagen-rich back bone, ribs and neck bones, all of which are meatier bones and contain the marrow, too.

What is the proportion of bones to broth?

To make our beef bone broth 930g of meaty beef bones are used per litre of broth. For our chicken bone broth 730g of meaty chicken bones are used per litre of broth. For our fish bone broth 660g of meaty fish bones are used per litre of broth.

What type of collagen is in your broths?

Our beef broth contains collagen types I and III. Our chicken broth contains collagen type II and our fish broth contains type I.

Is there collagen in your vegan broth?
